One More Meter

Site notes / terms

Build fairly. Share kindly.

These terms keep a very small game simple: enjoy One More Meter, do not attack it, and treat public names and challenge links as public.

01 / ACCESSFree web play

The web edition is offered without a purchase or prize promise.

02 / PLAYSkill, not exploits

Verified boards are for runs made through the normal game controls.

03 / SHAREPublic means public

Curated builder names and challenge links are visible to other players.

01 / SERVICE

The service

One More Meter is provided for entertainment and product testing. Features, balancing, routes, records, availability, and these terms may change as the game develops. The service may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued.

You may play if you can legally agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the applicable age of digital consent, use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian.

02 / FAIR PLAY

Keep the register honest

You agree not to interfere with the game, API, hosting, other players, or verified competition. In particular, do not automate input, forge or replay credentials you do not control, evade request limits, probe for private data, submit malicious content, overload the service, or exploit a bug to gain an unfair public rank.

Canonical runs are replayed under server-owned rules before they can enter a leaderboard. Debug-tuned and friend-challenge runs are intentionally ineligible. We may reject, hide, or remove records and restrict access when reasonably needed for security, integrity, or operation.

A leaderboard position is a game result only. It has no cash value and does not create a right to a prize, reward, or permanent rank.

03 / IDENTITY

Your local capability

The service uses a browser-generated anonymous capability instead of an account. Keep control of the browser profile that holds it. If you clear site data, lose the device, or expose the capability, the identity and its online records may be impossible to recover or protect.

Public builder names are chosen from a finite, developer-authored catalogue. Free-text names are not published, including names submitted by earlier versions. Base names may repeat; each anonymous player receives a distinct public builder number that stays with that identity when the name changes. A name and number are not proof of identity or a login credential.

04 / SHARING

Links and public material

Challenge links, nickname snapshots, leaderboard entries, social preview cards, and Playground cards you choose to export are designed to be shared publicly. Playground cards are marked as unranked and do not upload the underlying local build to One More Meter. Anyone with a challenge link may open it. Do not use the service to harass people, distribute harmful material, or suggest that another person endorsed your result.

One More Meter stores and displays the curated alias and game record needed to operate your challenge or ranking. Your local Playground creations are not uploaded to our service. If you export a creation to another service, that service's sharing rules apply.

05 / OWNERSHIP

Game materials

The game's code, visual identity, writing, sounds, illustrations, layouts, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may play the service and share ordinary screenshots, generated Playground cards, or challenge links for personal, editorial, and social use.

You may not sell, repackage, misrepresent, scrape at scale, or commercially exploit the game or its materials without permission. References to real-world landmarks are descriptive and do not imply affiliation with their owners or operators.

06 / OFFERS

Native purchases

The web edition has no paid purchase, subscription, advertising reward, or real-money economy. Bricks and other progress are in-game records only, are not transferable, and have no monetary value.

The iPhone edition may offer a lifetime, non-consumable Architect Pack for additional cosmetic and presentation options, and a second lifetime, non-consumable Builder's Studio for the expanded creative workshop and export tools. Neither changes slab physics, Bricks, rankings, Daily, or challenges. Apple presents and processes the price, billing, cancellation, and any refund request; RevenueCat operates entitlement status. The app provides Restore Purchases for both products, but restore does not recover locally earned career progress, Playground builds, or an anonymous leaderboard identity.

07 / LIMITS

Service limitations

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no promise is made that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that local or public progress will never be lost. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Use reasonable breaks and stop if play causes discomfort. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, browser storage, and any costs charged by your network provider.

08 / CHANGES

When the build changes

Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and clear its browser data.

Read the Privacy notice for the separate explanation of local data, anonymous capability credentials, verified replays, public records, and aggregate analytics.
