ONE MORE METER

Player notes / help

Find your rhythm.

One More Meter is built for quick climbs and easy restarts. Here are the few things worth knowing when a run, a save, or a Daily target feels out of step.

01 / STARTING

How do I play?

Tap or click when the moving slab is above the tower. The overlap becomes your next floor. A clean overlap keeps more width for the climb.

02 / PROGRESS

Where is my progress?

Your career, tower style, settings, and best heights stay on this device. Clearing browser or app data can remove local progress and your anonymous online identity.

03 / DAILY

Why is Daily different?

Daily gives everyone three official tries at the same skyscraper each UTC day. Reaching the target comes first; faster finishes break ties between completed climbs. An official attempt needs an online start reservation.

04 / COMPETITION

What counts on the register?

Classic and Daily runs need an online start reservation to enter the rankings. If it arrives after your Classic crane starts moving, that climb stays local and the next retry can use it. Rewind, Playground, Precision 25, and friend challenges stay outside these rankings.

05 / SOUND

Which music plays where?

The vocal theme belongs to the menu and its pages. A lighter, quicker arrangement accompanies a climb. End screens and Playground share the original slow, piano-like theme. Sound FX and Music have separate switches and volume levels in Settings.

06 / BROWSER

Why is the browser quiet?

Your browser may need a tap before it allows sound. Tap a game or menu control, then check the Music and Sound FX levels. To pick up a new web version, refresh the page. You do not need to delete site data; that would remove your local progress. Browser and iPhone progress stay on their own devices.

Still stuck? Restart the run, check that the browser is up to date, and try again with a stable connection. If the problem continues, email support@playonemoremeter.com with your device, browser, and what happened, or file a report on GitHub Issues. Never include a player token or other private information.
